TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Most of our items are pre-ordered to keep prices low, unless otherwise stated in-stocks available.

2. All prices are non-negotiable, full payment is required. If item is out-of-stock upon ordering, a full refund will be made.

3. Our goods are imported from Taiwan. Pre-order items will arrive Sg in approx 2~4 weeks after order closing date. For in-stocks, items will be mailed out the next working day after payment received.

4. All items will be checked for defects before sending out.

5. Postage of items via normal/registered mail only. No meet-ups.

6. We will not be responsible for lost mails through normal postage. Registered postage is advisable, tracking number will be provided after parcel is mailed out.

7. Pls allow about 2~3cm discrepancy for measurements stated due to different production batches/different ways of measurement by individuals.

8. Colour may differ slightly due to different monitor's resolution, photography lighting etc. We will try to make it as close to actual product as possible.

9. No exchange or refund of items will be entertained, pls check your measurements to ensure value-for-money before purchasing.

10. If you have missed current ordering date, pls wait for the next one, if any.
